Healthy Cooking/Lifestyle Classes


Classes resume on October 9, 2018

Healthy Cooking classes meet monthly on the second Tuesday, from 6 – 7 p.m., in the Gathering Room.

The topic for Tuesday, Oct. 9, is “Accommodating Your Gluten-free Supper Guests.” Susan Bell, First Lutheran staff member and mom of a Celiac daughter, will talk about how to accommodate your Gluten Free supper guests and demonstrate how to make an fast and tasty gluten-free, creamy chicken-rice dish your whole family will love.
