The cards, sold for $10 each, allow 10 opportunities to buy one loaf of bread and receive a second loaf free. They are available from a participating high school youth or in the Welcome Center. HyVee gift cards are available for purchase in the Welcome Center each Sunday and in the church office during the week. Proceeds support youth and young adults attending summer camps and those attending the ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Medical Release & Code of Conduct For the safety of our children/youth, a Medical Release and Code of Conduct Form is required to participate in fellowship events or attend camp. Please fill out the form (make sure to complete both pages) and return it to the Youth Office. If you bring a friend to an event, they will need a form as well. However, you only need to complete one form per year. If you are not sure if you have one on file, please call Debbie in the Youth Office.
