The Financial Services Board is responsible for the congregation’s financial resources. It develops the annual budget and oversees the annual stewardship drive. To maintain the church’s financial health, the board monitors income and expenses, manages bank loans, and provides financial management guidance to minimize borrowing costs. The board is a key component of any capital fund drive and helps in long-range planning for major projects involving the church campus and programs.
