Pastoral Counseling
General counseling by the pastoral care staff is available to all members and friends of the congregation without cost. All counseling sessions are confidential. If specialized counseling services are needed, the pastoral staff will provide information and resources. Contact: Church office, (605) 336-3734.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Mark J. Britzman, a licensed psychologist, is a part-time Christian counseling consultant at First Lutheran Church. He provides eight hours of education and counseling each week with an emphasis on delivering pre-marital services, marital retreats, parent education, career assessments, counseling, and workshops that promote spiritual, emotional and physical health.  Mark can be reached by calling Carol Knapp at (605) 339-1983, ext.11.
