First Lutheran Church
Council
The Church Council is the representative body of the congregation with responsibility for its spiritual welfare and proper handling of its programs, its physical assets, and its financial affairs. Also, the Church Council is the primary legislative and policy making body of the congregation, its members are responsible for strategic planning for the congregation and its mission, and function generally as a board of directors for the congregation.

The Adult Discipleship Board works to promote discipleship through educational forums, book studies, small group Bible studies and fellowship.

The Board of Directors is responsible for selecting and managing the assets of the Foundation as it deems proper for the management of the Foundation as well as the accomplishment of the purpose and objectives of the Corporation as specified in the Articles of Incorporation.
